Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

IN THE EVENT OF RAIN/BAD WEATHER (DAY OF EVENT) YOU CAN REQUEST YOUR RENTAL TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER DATE AS ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE, THIS REQUEST MUST BE MADE BEFORE OUR TRUCKS LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE. You will be issued a gift card with the whole balance to reschedule if date is not changed over the phone. KAZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY EVENT IF THE STAFF SEES IT TO BE UNSAFE TO OPERATE.
Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund.

No. KAZ does not provide the water for the 500 Gallon tank. Filling the 500 Gallon tank takes 1.5-2 hours with a garden hose with good pressure. You can call your local fire dept. to supply water as well.
Items will be delivered and professionally setup and installed prior to your event start time. Once setup and cleaning has been completed our staff will verbally share with your volunteers the safety information about all items/units rented. Our staff will not be present during your event and your volunteers will be responsible for watching all units at all times. Then after the event has ended at the time stated on the contract our staff will return and collect all items.
Events that are fully staffed by our employees will add an attendant per item rented to watch and operate the units. When booking add fully staffed to have us watch your inflatable rental.
(All mechanical rides, escape rooms, and thrill attractions automatically add an attendant and will be staffed)
Customer Pickup is not available for most items due to safety and the experience needed for proper setup.
KAZ Loves to help our community, however, we do get an overwhelming amount of requests for donations. If you are holding an event as a fundraiser please request your wanted items online for a quote first. Then call our office to discuss your event needs. We advise most groups to ask local business to sponsor a unit at the event to help save money for the organization and provide a good way for local businesses to advertise and be involved in the community as well.
No, we do not accept cash onsite at deliveries. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL one week prior to delivery. This keeps our guys safe and the delivery routes moving efficiently.
Tipping a delivery driver or crew in cash is acceptable (fully optional) and they appreciate the gift very much!

Cancellation and Rain Policy:
To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 48 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 48 hour notice forfeits all over the required non-refundable deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. #1 Call us at 217-232-1268 immediately to get the problem resolved.
#2 Follow the instructions given from the call in #1
#3 If the problem was not resolved, KAZ will return to the delivery site to correct the issue.
Items that are damaged and not reported immediately will forfeits any refund(if one was worthy to be granted) and are fully responsible for repair or replacement.
As the renter you agree to be responsible for the items while they are in your possession.
The answer maybe no, but KAZ has a large network of interesting inventories and acts. We can sure help you find what you need! Don’t be afraid to ask, some items are not online.
KAZ requires events with more than one attraction vendor to supply us with notice so we can contact the other company to confirm the insurance requirements.
